The Process
Initial Consultation
During our first meeting, we’ll discuss your genealogy goals and what background information or family history documents you have. This is a free 30-minute chat.
Research & Analysis
I’ll create a customized plan tailored to your specific project and examine relevant records. As I gather clues, I’ll analyze and organize them for a clearer picture of your family’s history.
Project Completion
After completing your research project, you’ll receive:
- A detailed written report including all discoveries and sources used
- Recommendations for future research
- A digital copy of all important documents
Fees
My fees are $50 per hour, which includes research, thorough analysis, and a detailed written report. A basic research project requires a minimum of 10 hours. My research experience includes, but is not limited to New England and the Mid-Atlantic region.
