If you’ve ever stayed up until 2 a.m. doing genealogy research, you know how rewarding it can be to make discoveries and climb your family tree.
But sometimes the hints from your favorite family history websites don’t lead anywhere—and that’s when expert guidance can make all the difference.

I’m Gray, a professional genealogist with a passion for evidence-based research and uncovering ancestors’ stories. I’ve been helping clients build accurate, well-documented family histories for over a decade, with a particular focus on research in Maine and New England.
I’m a graduate of the ProGen Professional Genealogy Course with coursework in Advanced Genealogical Studies, Advanced New England Research, and DNA. My work emphasizes thorough analysis, clear documentation, and conclusions grounded in reliable sources.
If you’re feeling stuck or unsure what to do next, you’re not alone.
Whether you’re trying to break through a research brick wall or hoping to better understand the lives behind the records, I understand how meaningful this journey can be. A brief conversation can help clarify your options and determine the best next step for your research.
I am a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists and adhere to their high standards of genealogy research. I also have memberships in the National Genealogical Society and the Maine Genealogical Society.
