PROFESSIONAL COACHING SERVICES
Move Forward with Confidence
Genealogy research isn’t always a straight path. You may have hit a wall that won’t budge, accumulated records you’re unsure how to interpret, or simply feel uncertain about what to pursue next. This is common—and it doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
Sometimes what’s needed isn’t someone to do the research for you, but a guide who can help you see what you might be missing—and show you a clear way forward.
This may be a good fit if…
- You’ve been researching on your own and feel stuck or unsure where to focus next
- You have records you’re not sure how to interpret or connect
- You want to stay hands-on but could use an expert perspective
- You’re concerned about missing key records or making errors in your conclusions
- You’d like a clear, realistic plan before diving deeper into New England or Maine genealogy
How Coaching Sessions Work
Share your research
Before our session, you’ll send me a summary of what you’ve found so far and where you’re stuck. This helps me prepare so we can make the most of our time together.
Meet one-on-one
We’ll work through your research together—reviewing records, discussing what they tell us, and identifying gaps or next steps. I’ll share what I know about New England sources and strategies that apply to your situation.
Leave with a clear plan
By the end of our session, you’ll have a prioritized list of what to pursue next, along with specific guidance on where to look and what to look for.
Investment
Research is billed at $50 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum per session. Each session is conducted via video call. Once you schedule a consultation, we’ll discuss your research and determine if coaching is the right fit for your needs.
Ready to Get Unstuck?
A consultation is a chance to talk through your research and see whether coaching is the right next step.
